    About Me
    I have been teaching Pilates for over 25+ years and written 4 books on health and fitness. I originally trained at 17 years old in the 'Classical' method under Romana. I received my second certification in the 'English' method under Alan Herdman and my third certification in the new 'Bootcamp' Pilates from Sebastian Lagree in California. I teach internationally and for the Pilates Foundation and Pilates Method Alliance. I also hold a Masters in Dance from Laban as well as Certificates in: TRX training suspension Course, YMCA fit Studio Instructor, YMCA Exercise to Music, YMCA Exercise + Fitness Knowledge, C.P.R., Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy and Reiki.

    Jess Sandberg
    Jess Sandberg was introduced to pilates at the University of California Irvine where she studied as a classical dancer and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance fromone of the top US dance programs in 2005. Pilates was the perfect complement to her dance training. It kept her in top shape and prevented injuries while she was performing with the UCI Etude Ensemble, Expressions dance company, and later with the Brooklyn Dance Ensemble in New York City. In 2008 Jess completed her classical pilates training at Center for Movement in New York City. Since then she has been teaching at elite NYC studios and private physical therapy practices. In 2012 she completed her certification in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. She is constantly expanding her repertoire to offer cutting edge techniques that allow her clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

    Hakan
    With a background in the Military, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Hakan discovered the powerful regenerative properties of Pilates following a lower back injury and quickly became a convert. After an extensive training programme, Hakan has gone back to his passion for fitness and teaching. Hakan is deeply interested in injury rehabilitation through Pilates and specialises in working with those with challenges such as bad lower backs or repetitive strain injuries. Hakan has also successfully coached women through both pregnancy and post- pregnancy challenges. Hakan is also certified in Holistic and Therapeutic Massage

    Nitasha
    Nitasha comes from a background in gymnastics. She trained with the Richmond Gymnastics Association (RGA) for nine years in both artistic and acrobatic gymnastics. Prior to joining Pilates Squared Nitasha taught developmental gymnastics in Chiswick for six years. Nitasha has always loved keeping fit through Yoga, Pilates, swimming and cycling. She has trained in classical, reformer and mat work Pilates. Having utilised it during and after her own pregnancy, Nitasha has a particular personal interest in pre and post natal Pilates and Pilates for injury recovery and management.

    Eva
    Born in Barcelona, Eva came to London 13 years ago. Following her two pregnancies, Eva regained her health and fitness by hitting the gym and sampling an array of workouts before discovering Pilates. Following her extensive re-training as a teacher with Caron, Eva passed her PMA course. She now shares her passion for Pilates with her clients. Whether helping with pain management, improving posture and wellbeing or supporting mother and baby throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond - Eva knows first-hand the benefits of this incredible technique. Adapting all exercises to the client's individual fitness level, Eva's teaching style ensures that clients enjoy their sessions.
